As Executive Managing Director for Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), Sean Fulp leads the Team Shannon Private Capital Group, which focuses on office and industrial properties valued between $5 and $25 million throughout the Western U.S.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fulp has completed over 500 transactions worth more than $4 billion in total consideration. In 2016 and 2017, he received the Chairman's Circle 100 distinction, which is awarded to the Top 100 Producers across Newmark Knight Frank nationally.

​Previously, Mr. Fulp worked at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors where he was Managing Director and Head of Western U.S. Investment Sales. In this role, he built the company’s western U.S. practice and sold assets in all product type categories throughout major western markets such as Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver.

Kevin Shannon joined Newmark Knight Frank in December 2015 as Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets. In this role, Mr. Shannon leads a team of more than 35 professionals focused on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of both domestic and offshore investors.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Shannon has sold and marketed more than $45 billion of office, industrial, self storage, retail, land and mixed-use assets. His experience includes 100% fee simple, partial interest recapitalizations and joint venture transactions.

Mr. Shannon has spent his career helping clients structure transactions to best meet their goals. Notably, he brokered the largest office sales in the Western United States in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and the second-largest in 2013. The 2012 sale, in which Amazon.com headquarters traded hands for $1.6 billion, was also the largest commercial sale in the country.
